To understand the answer to this question, let’s first look at the meaning of the word decision.
I have been fortunate to have a number of mentors and coaches who help me with every facet of my business. And though I have never credited him as being one of my mentors, bits and pieces of my father’s advice play a major role in how I conduct my business.
What’s more, people tend to idolize the past and fear the future. This means that we long for the “good ole days” and plan for “worst case scenario.”
One of his favorite ditties has to do with “execution.” He likes to say that “the world is filled with ideas and plans, but execution is the key to success.”
This spurs the question: Why does fear cause indecision?
VALUES, VISION, MISSION, PRIORITIES
However, in the event that you have gone through all these steps and still have more than one option left that is okay.
This is why making a real decision can be such a problem. We forget all the times in the past that we made hard decisions and everything turned out okay. Simultaneously, we project gloom and doom for any of the options now facing us.
Many times we are afraid to ask for other people’s feedback when faced with a tough decision or we simply get so caught up in our “suffering” that we forget that there are other people who can give us good ideas.
If you are having trouble, ask yourself which of your options are most likely to divert you from this future? Then eliminate them.

You see, after you have gone through all these steps, you have eliminated all of the options that are outright wrong for you and your business. Whatever options you have left are in alignment with your Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities.
When you look at your situation, rationally think about all the possible ramifications or your decision, not just the doom and gloom ones.
Third, close your eyes and envision the future you’d like to see come true.
Fourth, determine your mission.
So, forgo being the “tough guy” and ask for other people’s opinions. You might be surprised by how easy the decision becomes after you’ve gotten some objective feedback.
Therefore, you can choose any option to start and know that you are making the “right” choice.
Now, look at your remaining options. Which option(s) is most likely to help you fulfill your mission?
Until you consciously determine your Value, Vision, Mission and Priorities, and use them, all of your decisions are literally made “by the seat of your pants.”
3. Get real,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Ask yourself positive questions. When you look for the good that can come from a decision you will start to find it. Remember, what you focus on expands.
But before you get to the point of using your Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities in the decision making process,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], here are some pointers to help make the decision process even easier.
Finally, set your priorities.
Nonetheless, you can begin to tap into the power of your Values,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Vision, Mission and Priorities now, and start using them to help you make more effective decisions immediately.
However, I can guarantee that not taking action will eventually leave you worse off than you are now. And if your options have survived the Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities process,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], than all of them will help you in some way, so pursuing and completing any one of them will help you achieve all of them faster.
The only thing that will really hold you back from committing to a decision at this point is the desire for a guaranteed outcome and/or the desire to pursue more than one option at the same time.
Now, I must admit that I put my clients through a five-day training program to define and align their personal and business Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities, because these four aspects are that important.
First, write down all your options. The more you can narrow down your options the easier this process will be.
What may father means is that everyone has a ton of great ideas for starting a business, building a business, adding to a business, etc. Yet very few people will actually stop and execute the idea in their head. This is why most people live lives of mediocrity, because they simply don’t act.
The answer: Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities.
Basically, you need to establish what you and your business are about. You need to establish what principles, desires and beliefs will guide you. When you determine your personal and business Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities, you will then have a yardstick by which to evaluate the decisions and options facing you.
Could your situation actually improve as a result of the decision? Would that other person actually be happy you made the decision you did,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]? Could you actually avoid an issue with (fill in the blank)? Etc.
If you’re still having trouble, write down your top ten values and then compare those values with your options. Which option(s) is most congruent with those values? Then eliminate the others.
So, when using a mind that conveniently forgets the past and over-dramatizes the future, how can we ever make a real, rationale decision?
You have determined your top values. You have created a vision for your future. You have defined your mission.
If you’re like most people you should have come to your decision long before you reached the Priorities step, so you’d be all set.
If you are having trouble, ask yourself which option doesn’t seem to be congruent with your mission? Then eliminate it.
These “actions” are your priorities.
Simply, what is your vision for your business or your life? Be as detailed as possible when creating this vision in your mind.
Now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in order to fulfill your mission, achieve your vision and act in congruency with your values, you must figure out what actions are the most important for you to see your desires become manifest. Write these actions down.
So, go for a walk, or meditate, or go to a movie, etc. Do something to break yourself out of the mind-lock your in. Just go somewhere and “forget your troubles” for a while.
Funny how the mind works, huh?
Now, if you have gone through the previous three steps and are still having trouble coming to a decision, then it is time to use your Values, Vision, Mission and Priorities.
Now, look at your remaining options. Which option(s) will most likely and/or most quickly lead you to this desired vision of the future?
This being the case,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], any of your options will be beneficial to you and your business.
To this all I can tell you is that there are no guarantees in life or business, and trying to pursue too many options at once will keep you from seeing any of them through to the end.
Studies show that most people are literally thinking about the future or the past most of the time. On average, a person’s mind will be “in the moment” for less than five-percent of their entire life.
So what stops us from acting? Simple: Indecision caused by fear.

Oh! And here’s the good news! If you’ve been in a depression, or dealing with anxiety, or even just taking some prescription drugs to uplift your mood and increase your energy, you can look forward to releasing all that too! Doing the personal work of self discovery and expression brings with it a sense of meaning and a clarified Life Purpose that impassions and empowers you, and that my sisters, is worth every bit of muscle you put into this work. You’ve been working all your life up to this point and now your mission, if you choose to accept it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], is to work on, for and with yourself - from the inside out - and for that, you gain a sense of fulfillment and peace you wanted all along. It happens to all of us at some level. Some are more conscious of the discomfort than others and are willing to look at it squarely and address it. Others go on trying to recapture the lost glitter forever (yikes! Grandmas in hotpants, etc.) And some just give in and become depressed, settling for what is left of the lives they planned and outgrew or that somehow just got forgotten in all the busyness of daily life year after year.
This isn’t about aging. It’s about maturing and finally being free to be who you were meant to be and to keep on growing and creating and realizing the dreams that got waylaid by family issues, marital conditions, limitations of work and moves or moving on to new ones now that the original ones have been achieved and are losing their excitement. After all, the first 10 years of life we are completely dependent children, the next 10 years we are all about that reproduction activity our hormones demand, the third 10 we are deeply involved in creating family and community and career, the 4th 10 we are watching the culmination of all we have done get up and go on without us! But we still have a 5th 10 and a 6th 10 … whoa … another 20 or 30 years ahead to create! That’s actually more time ahead of us than the adult time we have already spent!!
And then … the change happens. Yes … the “change of life” as it is called begins to take hold on us women. It isn’t just a hormone adjustment though, a cessation of monthly periods or of crows feet making a mark on our faces. It is also a change in us in this middle stage of life just as the nest begins to empty, the career or job seems to go sour or wear thin and the future starts looming in front of us with an uncertainty that is disarming, to say the least. We don’t even really know ourselves anymore. Our passion is gone and our purpose is waning. We don’t seem to be as easily impressed or excited as we used to be. We aren’t as interested in the usual activities of habit. We see ourselves differently and aren’t sure we like it, but are sure we want a change, preferably that we can control, doesn’t make us old, and doesn’t make us ridiculous. We are changing.
Does that feel familiar? When did it happen that everything you thought you wanted when you were in your blooming 20s has either come to pass – and passed on by - or has lost it’s allure, or you’ve outgrown it?
The reality is that just like in adolescence when our hormones burst onto the scene, somewhere in the late 30s those hormones begin to retreat, their job of reproduction nearly complete. By the mid 40s we are again, thinking and feeling differently than we did just a while ago. As in adolescence, we suddenly shift out of childhood and into productive, social, giddy girls with exciting new bodies to show off and the possibility of everything we’ve seen of adulthood just in our reach … in Mid-Life, we shift again and the glamorous veil of what we have been living in, thins. We are calmer,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], less gullible, more grounded, and … lost. The big difference is, that at this age, we are fully capable of knowing where we are coming from. When we were children leaping into adulthood, we had little consciousness of our childhood and didn’t miss it a bit. We had spent plenty of time planning to be an adult any minute and preparing for it … unfortunately as if that was the destination of our life journey.
Many women try really hard to deny this process by attending to the outsides, believing that it’s all about staying youthful looking. Society somehow programs us with the idea that we are done when youthfulness begins to fade, instead of honoring all that we have gained. That usually results in depression and fear. Others pretend it’s all just part of the life parade and they keep marching along in step with whatever is leading them, (the kids, the husband, the finances, the job, the house) and hope they will get over the unhappiness they don’t want to admit to and the “golden years” will present themselves as easy and tolerable. This too generally results in depression and desperation to hang on to all those people,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], places and things that have been their life for so long. It’s a losing battle. Kids grow up and go off to express their own lives. Husbands have a different passage in the middle years, a completely different rhythm that doesn’t necessarily interlace with hers. Money and jobs don’t often magically adjust to our changing tastes and desires. Ageism does exist in the workplace and it’s much more cruel to women. Moving through these middle years in this way builds resentment, remorse and regret which is painful and unhealthy in the nearing future.
We spend our youth dreaming of what our lives will be like. Young adult years are full of attempts to capture the man, the money the status that will get us there. Then the family years of raising children, building a family and home life, creating careers around the family situations as best we can.

No one tells us these things, you know? Somehow we actually believed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in those early adult years, that age and life circumstances will not happen to us. Society somehow indicates that those things only happen to bad, wrong and unconscious women that don’t take care of themselves. That’s not true or fair. And here we are about half way through without a plan or a dream for this next glorious stage. And it’s uncomfortable.
These are the years of maturity, grace,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], beauty and fulfillment. Then why doesn’t it feel like it? Why does it feel more like we’re losing something? Well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the thing we seem to have forgotten when we were planning our lives as youngsters is, that we wouldn’t stay the same. It’s interesting that we can see people and family members all around us as we grow up, changing and still not imagine that we will too. Everything changes from the way we look to the way we feel inside and what we want out of life. We didn’t expect that. It does make sense though when you remember that every cell in our bodies is replaced every 7 years. That means our personality, our hair, our sense of taste and most importantly, our body of knowledge. We’ve learned a few things and developed some wisdom and savvy.
Women transitioning these Mid-Life issues are best supported by insight and reality. Greeting these years with an attitude of excitement is the way to move into the full bloom of our lives; to finally find our own SELF and express our true, grown up, authentic wisdom,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], intelligence, experience and knowledge, hard-earned through a couple of decades of serious living is the next beautiful stage of our lives!

It’s a joyful, uplifting work of freedom and excitement as you reacquaint yourself with your Authentic, Real Self which,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you have inadvertently and ingloriously built throughout your life but can now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], finally revel in the fullness of!
It’s a beautiful thing to feel whole, happy, content and in harmony with Life, and without even depending on anyone else’s permission, agreement, allowance or involvement. To finally feel sure of yourself, your decisions, your taste and your goals, is more delicious than …. Well … more delicious than many things we used to think were “all that”!
It’s your choice, Ladies: Take your life in hand and create it the way you want it, now or, hunker down and grow old with your secret regrets and forgotten dreams your closest friends. First, make a plan before you mark your calendar. That’s right, sit down and figure out exactly how you’re going to achieve your goal. Figure out all the steps. Determine what resources you already have and which ones you need… Then write it all down, ALONG WITH your estimate of how long it will take to accomplish each individual step! Chances are your time estimates for individual steps will be more accurate than a single estimate for the entire project since you will be looking at smaller action items.
It's the same way your own efforts. You have to be patient while your work creates the success you desire. By not forcing the timetable and pushing for immediate results,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you actually improve your chances of achieving your goals.
Sure, there will be times when you get immediate results and achieve success quickly. Most of the time you’ll need to be patient… Just because you're not getting instant results doesn't mean you won't get any. If you keep working towards your goals, maintaining a sustained, consistent effort, readjusting your plans as necessary along the way, you will create the success you’re looking for.

Many environmental and social factors can be a part of Failure To Thrive. The amount of money a family makes available for food and the nutritional value of the food they provide also affects development. There are some published diets (GFCF Diet and Feingold Diet) which attempt to address these intolerance and sensitivity issues. These diets work well for those children who are sensitive to the things which are specifically restricted by these programs. But, for the majority of children whose intolerances are affecting their growth and development, these diets are incomplete and not specifically tailored for them.
Failure To Thrive is a diagnosis given to babies who are consistently less than the normal weight for their age or who do not gain weight for unclear reasons. There may be many reasons for this. Many reasons for this involve environmental and social factors that interact to keep the baby from having the nutrition the baby needs. There are times when medical issues prevent a baby from developing normally. Another significant contributing factor is the child's own intolerances.
The interventions for the intolerances approach is to determine which things in the environment the baby is reacting to and eliminates those from the baby's environment. When the baby is no longer reacting to those, the normal developmental process kicks in and development can proceed normally. With this approach,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], food is absorbed appropriately and development starts to catch up. There are specialists in Failure To Thrive syndrome who can determine your child's intolerances and coach you in getting your child back on track.
Sometimes Failure To Thrive Syndrome is brought on by a medical disorder in the baby. The disorder can be as minor as difficulty drinking, chewing, or swallowing (as with a cleft lip or cleft palate). Other medical problems, such as gastroesophageal reflux, esophagus narrowing, or poor intestinal absorption, may also affect a child's ability to retain, absorb, or process food. And, other medical problems such as infection, tumor, metabolic or hormonal disorders (such as cystic fibrosis or diabetes), heart disease,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], kidney disease, genetic disorders, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection are other medical reasons for Failure To Thrive.
The intolerances approach for Failure To Thrive children assumes that the baby is having defensive reactions to environmental factors and these defensive reactions are shutting down the normal growth and developmental process.
Treatment For The Problems Based In Intolerances
Doctors indicate that a child has Failure To Thrive when a baby's weight or rate of growth is much less than what it should be when compared with former measurements or standard age-height-weight charts. If the rate of growth is adequate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the baby may be small but still growing appropriately.
The medical disorders and environmental and social issues approach assumes there is something wrong with the baby's body or the child's social environment. These interventions are focused on a problem in the baby's nutritional processing or nutritional access.
The medical disorders approach for Failure To Thrive infants and children assumes that nourishment is not being processed and absorbed by the baby because of some medical problem.
The environmental and social approach for Failure To Thrive children assumes that something is wrong in the baby's social environment in such a way that nourishment is not available or is not accepted by the baby.
When The Causes Are Medical Disorders
Treatment intervention depends on the cause of the problem. If a medical problem is found, specific treatment is given. Otherwise, treatment depends on how far below normal the baby's weight is. Mild to moderate Failure To Thrive is treated with nutritious high-calorie feedings provided on a regular schedule. Parents could be counseled about family interactions that are dangerous for the child and about financial and social resources available to them. Severe Failure To Thrive is treated in the hospital where social workers, nutritionists, feeding specialists, psychiatrists, and other specialists team together to determine the most likely causes of the child's Failure To Thrive and the best approach to recovery.

Feel your leg muscles squeeze and contract to lift the weight all the way up in a controlled movement
How can you tell a serious bodybuilder? Most people train chest and arms and walk around with matchstick legs. If you are serious about building a truly spectacular physique your legs must be worked to the limit. Not only will this add more weight to your frame, training legs properly will increase anabolic hormone levels and make you look like a true bodybuilder.
Train with good form – start light to get your form down, but pile on as much weight as you can whilst keeping your form and rep ranges – this will make your legs grow.
Bend all the way down until your opposing knee is just above the floor.
Squats should be the staple of your leg regime, perform them first and with 3 – 5 sets. Be sure to do 2 – 4 warm up sets beforehand to prevent injury and increase blood flow to the large leg area. The squat is a lift where you can add some serious weight, but remember that form is more important than weight; make sure your form is always correct before adding the iron.

Start with a weight on the bar that will give a bit of resistance to your squat so you can feel the movement.

A third type of cancer that children develop is lymphoma. This is a cancer of the lymph nodes and generally acts like a cold or flu.

There is no way to prevent cancer in children because it is so random. They do say that a child that has been treated for a prior cancer with either radiation or chemotherapy are at an increased risk for developing it again.

A child with Leukemia produces abnormal white blood cells. There are a few different ways that cancer can be treated. The two most common treatments for cancer in children and adult are Chemotherapy and Radiation. Chemotherapy is an anti-cancer medication. This helps to kill the already existing cancer in all parts of the body. Radiation is generally used with chemotherapy and/or surgery. Some cancers require surgery and blood or bone marrow transplants. The duration of treatment is based upon the type of cancer and where it is located in the body and the stage (severity) of the cancer.
