工作措施：
一、党建工作

三．教学工作：深化改革，开拓思路，不断创新。以科学发展观为指导，继续深化教学研究，推进基础教育课程改革，强化教学工作全程管理、精细管理，坚持抓常规促质量，抓落实，强化教学工作的全程管理，切实提高教学质量。
（一）、进一步精细教学过程管理，提高教学效果。
强化教学管理，是深化教学改革、提高教学质量的保证，对教学过程的各个环节，进行分析研究，做到精细化管理。 1、倡导高效率、轻负担的课堂教学，让学生在快乐中健康成长，让教师在成功中体验幸福，树立以“三维目标”为中心的教学模式；打破以教师为中心的观念，树立以学生为中心的观念；破除重简单传授、轻方法指导的倾向，树立不仅要让学生学会、而且要让学生会学、乐学的理念；破除满堂灌、填鸭式、照本宣科式等课堂教学方法，采用启发式、讨论式、探究式等先进教学方法；破除以量取胜的低效教学，推行堂堂清、日日清、周周清，构建高效课堂。破除作业布置机械重复、只布置不批改、重布置轻批改等现象，实行作业精选、精练、精批、精讲，切实减轻学生过重的课业负担，保护学生宝贵的学习兴趣。 2、组织好阶段性测试工作，保证质量，控制好难易度，发挥测评的诊断功能，备课组要及时做好测试的质量分析，及时反馈信息，发现问题及时解决。组织好月考和期中、期末考试，并做好月考分析会和学期教学总结会。 3、构建科学评价体系，树立定性分析和定量分析相结合的科学评价理念，通过利用听课、观摩、评价等方式，对每一位任课教师进行课堂教学评估并及时反馈给教师，促进教师业务能力的提高和个人发展，建立健全、科学、合理的教师绩效考核评价机制和教师业务档案。组织好评教评学，深入挖掘学生对教师课堂教学日志的作用，工作计划《邯郸市第十中学09―10工作计划》(
（二）、齐心协力抓好毕业年级，科学备考，争创佳绩。 1、成立“毕业年级备考领导小组”。制定详细的毕业年级备考计划和方案，做好毕业年级的指导工作。新毕业年级认真制定复习计划，落实到笔头，并要做中考或高考试卷。同时要在集体备课方面多下功夫，认真研究标准和大纲，抓住要点、重点、热点，吃透中高考考试命题精神，用集体的力量、智慧和经验把握命题走势。细化备考针对性措施。 2、落实培优辅差工作。继续实行抓两头促中间的策略，做好培优辅差工作。每月以班为单位，根据月考成绩，制订培养学生的目标计划。根据市教育局要求，结合实际，初中阶段快班抓优秀率和良好生率，即重点提高我校一中和重点中学的人数；普通班要抓综合率，关注踩线生，即360分左右的学生，提高合格率；高中阶段要做到“低起点、小步伐、密台阶、勤反馈、早综合。”抓本科上线人数和提高专科上线率，根据我校高中实际情况，下大力度抓好对口升学和特长生的成绩，在“特色”上做文章，提高我校在邯郸市普通高中的声誉。两个学段都要始终关注好学生整体学科中的弱势学科。 3、精心抓好高中对口升学和特长训练及相关的高考备考。高中音、体、美特长教育是我校高中发展、腾飞的基础和品牌；对口升学是我校“做活高中”的又一突破口，制定学年、学期、月、周训练计划并编写学时教案，做好学生训练方案、文化课的阶段测试。所有专业生合格率都要达到90%以上。
（三）、加强教学行政管理，为一线教师服务。 1、为提高教学质量创造条件、提供信息、提供优质服务。加强资料的积累、共享、交流工作，教务处、教研室将继续为教学一线提供有效全面的信息。 2、深入教研组，年级组，定期召开学科教师座谈会，期中后组织学生座谈会和家长会征求意见，改进教学管理方法。加大教学工作管理力度，依托月考分析会，提高广大教师的业务素质。 3、各实验室继续加强管理工作，开学初完成实验仪器、用品的帐目审查，做好实验计划，切实为理科教学做好服务工作。图书馆、阅览室要在开学初完成帐目审查，按时整理图书、期刊杂志，方便师生借阅。
（四）、加大新课程的推进力度，提高课堂教学效益。教研工作继续以“质量兴校，科研强校”为指导，以落实教研组、备课组活动的实效性为中心，认真研究校内外优秀教学资源，进一步提高教学质量；抓好课堂教学的研究工作，确保每节课的质量；加强科研课题的管理和指导，提高教师教研水平，促进教师队伍不断成长。 1、加强校本教研。结合“家常课”活动，继续完善以“讲课、听课、说课、评课”为核心的教研机制。通过学习活动和教研活动，有效地提高课堂教学质量，提高广大教师实施素质教育的能力和水平。 2、实施小课题研究。小课题研究的问题来自教学实践，又指导教学实践。从平时的课堂入手，以教师在教学、在听课、在评课过程中发现的问题为着眼点，并且是最迫切需要解决的问题，应成为小课题研究的对象。教师在研究，探索中学习教育理论，设计出解决问题的办法和策略，在教学实践中实施、反思、调整，从而寻找解决问题的真正有效的方法，切实提高课堂教学的效率。 3、加强中、高考备考教学工作的研究力度。关注高三课堂教学有效性，深入研究课标、大纲、考纲和近几年高考试题。正确把握中、高考改革趋势，明确复习方向和重点，制定好中、高考教研计划，把握好教学进度，做好有关的培训工作。认真总结近几年教学和备考复习指导工作，找出不足，提出改进措施，为明年中、高考再创佳绩打下坚实的基础。
五、教师队伍建设：统一价值观念，强化服务意识，提高教师职业道德水平。

(二)、多措并举，打造“名师工程”。 1、加强对教师的业务培训，结合学科特点，组织开展继续教育以及信息技术等方面的培训，特别是新课程改革的培训，加强教学基本功训练，老教师要同青年教师结对子，给他们指路子、压担子，让他们创牌子。要结合岗位进行教学常规和业务培训，组织各种基本技能考试、竞赛，如：“三笔”比赛、普通话比赛等。鼓励教师参加远程培训等各种进修培训考试。指导教师撰写有一定水平的教学论文，参加各级交流研讨，努力培养一批学科教育骨干和学科带头人。

2、切实加强校际间的交流，吸收外地的教育教学先进经验，取长补短，提高自身的素质水平。今年继续派教师参加骨干教师培训，让广大教师更新教育观念。邀请专家学者来校举行讲座。各学科要举行以新课改为主的公开课教学，拟邀请市里的领导、专家以及同行听课指导、讲评，并要走出校门到兄弟学校听课，互相学习，共同提高。六、管理工作：齐抓共管，务实创新，开拓进取。

学校领导班子要突出发展主题，坚持与时俱进，强化目标和过程责任意识，不遗余力抓落实，不断提高管理质量，打造学校管理品牌。

1、强化目标管理，层层落实责任目标。各处室要有针对性制定计划目标，并细化、分解到个人。对上层层递进，对下逐级分解，要具体明确，突出指标性、导向性、完整性和可操作性，各层面工作要有精品意识、名优意识和争先创优意识，各类计划目标的上交、审定要及时，跟踪督查，阶段评析，量化考核，材料积累要准确有效，加强逐级监控力度，追求落实过程的实效性。

2、深化内部改革、强化管理措施。切合学校管理和发展实际，建立和不断健全各层面的量化考核制度，研究建立教育教学责任追究办法，逐步确立科学的教职工工作评价、奖励、管理机制。设计建立处室、年级组的考核评价机制，充分发挥各处室的带动作用。弘扬潜心指导、深入实践、脚踏实地的管理作风，形成优胜劣汰、效率优先、多劳多得、优劳优酬的工作和管理局面，最大限度挖掘内在潜力。继续实施开放型的民主管理，以人为本，以教代会，以校务公开为主渠道，以学校党政、工会为龙头，开展多层面、多形式的谈心、交心活动，团结全体教职工，倡导发扬艰苦奋斗的创业精神，共同开创发展新格局。
七、加强综治工作，积极创建安全平安校园。
1．坚持以人为本、以法治校。全体教师要树立安全工作高于一切的观念，思想上高度重视，工作上长抓不懈，确保法安工作高效运转。 2．本着“谁主管谁负责”的原则，各处室、各年级、班级，都要把学校安全工作分别明确到人。责任到位，严明纪律，各负其责，使安全工作形成网络，协调调动，抓出成效。
3.认真学习宣传党的各项方针政策法规，学好义务教育法、教师法，严格落实六条禁令，做到为人师表，做学生表率。
4.新学年开始后，首先要做好安全防范工作，做到人防、物防、技防为一体的安全防范网络，积极创建安全平安校园。
八、后勤工作：增强责任，改进方法，提高服务。 1、行政、后勤等人员要切实树立全心全意服务于教学的思想。教学工作的需要就是服务工作的方向，学生学习的需要就是服务工作的目标；坚决摒弃推诿拖延、设置障碍、以岗位和权利的不正确运用影响教学工作的现象发生。 2、加强财产管理，坚持“勤俭办一切事情”的原则，管好钱财物，节约创收一齐抓，创建节约型校园。做好校产的添置、维修工作，防止资源浪费；搞好校园的绿化美化，有计划地组织学生参加力所能及的义务劳动，减少学校的劳务开支；严格管理水电，保证水电正常的同时，节约用水用电，杜绝长明灯、长流水。总务处要做好校产管理工作，依照校产帐目，及时清理登记所有校产，做到账目明晰、财产清楚。落实财产管理制度和检查监督考核，减少损失。建立定人包管、定期验收制度，将教室财产纳入班集体和班主任管理的范围，与班主任工作质量评价挂钩。各处室负责人要加强设备保管维护及防火防盗、减少损耗等工作，使其更好的为教育教学服务。
